UrbanPort oversaw the tenant refresh of Northpointe Bank’s Charlotte Loan Center at 9140 Arrowpoint Boulevard. The project focused on removing outdated finishes and creating a space that accurately reflects the bank’s brand and client-focused image.

An updated lobby now delivers a welcoming first impression, while flexible seating and touch-down workspaces provide realtors and clients with places to collaborate, meet casually, or work independently.

Despite limitations in the existing building design, UrbanPort delivered innovative electrical solutions that improved functionality and usability for staff and visitors alike.
