UrbanPort served as Owner’s Representative for the 4,800-SF renovation that transformed an aged cellular store into Carolinas Telco’s newest branch in Charlotte’s South End.

The new location features an airy, open-office environment designed to support a client-focused approach to retail banking. Design selections included light finishes, clean lines, strategic furniture placement, and ergonomically functional products to enhance the customer and staff experience.

To safeguard both clients and employees, the branch incorporates cutting-edge security features, including a safe room, controlled-access entry, and advanced surveillance systems. Exterior activation required close coordination with the Carolinas Thread Trail and the City of Charlotte, and scope also included a standalone ATM.
