Active Concepts Life Sciences Facility

UrbanPort oversaw construction of an 18,000-SF ground-up life sciences facility for Active Concepts, a Lincolnton-based manufacturer specializing in active ingredients for cosmetics and personal care.

The new metal building consolidates operations under one roof with a high-tech formulations laboratory, showroom, testing salon, offices, and warehouse space. Designed to meet both immediate and long-term growth, the facility supports full product development, salon testing, performance validation, and small-scale production.
