UrbanPort managed the tenant fit-out of a 144,000-SF office and manufacturing facility at Union Cross Industrial Center as part of Excel’s expansion to serve the East Coast market.
The project included a 6,000-SF office buildout and oversight of $12M in industrial woodworking machinery installation, including plant layout, racking, rigging, startup, and debugging. UrbanPort also coordinated $3M in general contracting tenant improvements, ensuring seamless integration between the facility and specialized equipment.
This new location positions Excel Door for significant growth and operational efficiency in serving clients across the region.
