UrbanPort served as Owner’s Representative for the 4,800-SF renovation transforming an aged cellular store into Carolinas Telco’s newest branch location in Charlotte’s South End.

The new branch delivers an airy, open-office environment that supports a client-focused approach to retail banking. Design elements include light finishes, clean lines, and ergonomic furniture to enhance both comfort and function.

To ensure safety and security, the project incorporated a safe room, controlled-access entry, and advanced surveillance systems. Exterior activation required close coordination with the Carolinas Thread Trail and City of Charlotte, and scope also included a new standalone ATM.
