We recently oversaw construction on this new, state-of-the-art, ground-up life sciences facility for longtime local Lincolnton manufacturer, Active Concepts. This leader in the industry focuses on specialty actives for cosmetics and personal care. The full team has taken careful consideration to design the new space to meet both the short and longterm needs of this growing company.

The18,000 square foot metal building houses a high-tech formulations laboratory, showroom, testing salon, offices and warehousing; allowing all parts of brand development from conception to launch to come together under one roof, including full product development, salon testing, performance substantiation, and small-scale production.  

We are proud to be a part of this project that will bring people from all over the world to visit Lincoln County annually.
