We recently served as Owner's Representative for this transformation from an aged cellular store into Carolinas Telco’s newest branch location in Charlotte, NC. The 4,800 square foot, slab-on-grade renovation now provides Telco with an airy, open-office environment designed to optimize a client-focused approach to retail banking. To achieve this vision; light colors, clean lines, strategic furniture placement and ergonomically functional products were selected throughout. Cutting edge security features include a safe room and controlled access point front entrance in addition to security cameras and access control systems to safeguard both clients and staff. Located in the heart of South End at 9813 South Boulevard, this project required close coordination with the Carolinas Thread Trail and the City to activate the exterior. Additional scope included a standalone ATM.
