We oversaw the completion of this tenant refresh for Northpointe Bank’s Charlotte Loan Center at 9140 Arrowpoint Boulevard in Charlotte, NC. Scope of the project included removing dated finishes and updating the space to accurately reflect the brand and image. An updated lobby area transformed the space into an engaging first experience as you enter the loan center. The addition of flexible seating breathed new life and flexibility into the space by allowing realtors and clients to hold casual, impromptu meetings or post-up in one of many ‘touch-down style’ workspaces. Additionally, we overcame limired building design to created electrical solutions for the client.
