With 28+ years of experience spanning early design, preconstruction, construction management, post-construction, and relationship development, Meghan offers clients a truly holistic understanding of commercial construction. Having worked for general contractors, design-build firms, and building product manufacturers, she brings a unique perspective that strengthens her role as a trusted owner’s representative and capital projects manager. Meghan is known for building dynamic teams and skillfully navigating the challenges of today’s complex market.

She is actively involved in CREW Charlotte and the Hospitality and Tourism Alliance (HTA) and serves on the boards of CSI Charlotte (Construction Specification Institute) and the Iredell Health Foundation. Meghan is passionate about cultivating meaningful industry relationships and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Away from work, you can find her gardening, cooking, hiking, or enjoying the water at Lake Norman with her family.
